Thursday 12th November - walk **** - Felixstowe prom walk – sunny.

Another sunny day here in Felixstowe and with the wind in the west, cooler too we decided to give windsurfing a miss today especially with some big winds coming at the weekend! So, a morning at home doing the usual exercises, lunch then Mag and I head down to the prom, just a short distance from our house with wall to wall sunshine and a deep blue Autumn sky:) It is fairly busy as we walk all the way to the end at Jacobs ladder giving everyone a wide berth! We return, then just past The Fludgers Mag heads into town while I zig zag around 17 groynes looking for amber as the tide was very low! I got some nice pics but no amber and with the sun dropping the temperature followed and I was pleased to get home for a cuppa and cake! I was surprised to have walked for 3.50 miles and it made an interesting track on Google Earth!
